Citizens of Arab countries peak the list of real estate buyers in Turkey during the first quarter of 2017, where the number of apartments sold to foreigners in all Turkish cities during the first quarter of this year is 4270 house.
Istanbul topped the list of the most popular real estate destination for foreigners. The number of homes sold reached 1478 which make more than a third of all homes sold to foreigners nationwide.
City of Yalova, near Istanbul, ranked fourth with sale of 212 properties, while the capital Ankara came fifth by 204 real estate, and Skaria is six by 191 apartment.
According to the report of the Turkish Statistics Institution, Iraqis occupied the first by buying 884 apartments, followed by Saudis in second place with 435 apartments, and Kuwaitis comes third with 368 apartments.
Afghans bought 300 houses and occupied fourth place, followed by the Russians in fifth place with 252 houses in Turkey.
